Deposits:
To secure your spot on our tour, we require an initial deposit, the amount of which will vary depending on the tour. Your deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the tour description.
Payment Plans:

Travel Insurance Requirement:
We require every participant to have valid travel insurance for the duration of the tour. This insurance should cover cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. No-Show:
If you fail to join the tour, arrive late, or leave early, no refunds or credits will be provided.
Cancellation by Tour Operator:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or not meeting the minimum number of participants, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and processing times may vary.
